After being in business for 50 fantastic years, I have decided to retire. It's been a journey filled with joy, and I'm truly grateful for the trust and support you've placed in us over the years. I have recently found an outstanding partner and as I move into the next phase of my life, I'm thrilled to introduce you to the incredible team that will be taking over Corky's Events. Allow me to introduce Didi and Thomas Manetti, the proprietors of Wayne Enterprises Chicago. They bring with them over 40+ years of expertise and a stellar reputation in the Chicago market as a premier catering and special events company. Their company was started in 1982 from the family home of Thomas Manetti. Working from family recipes handed down from generation to generation, their first catering menus were created, and have continued to evolve and be refined over the years."
