Eleganté Cuisine's Culinary Odyssey
In 2023, Eleganté Cuisine didn't just step up its game; it leaped into a brand new, state-of-the-art facility. Imagine a culinary wonderland with the latest technology, spacious conference rooms, and a tasting kitchen that's every chef's dream. It's a phoenix rising from the culinary ashes, ready for a grand opening this spring that's sure to tantalize every taste bud in Chicagoland.
But hey, it wasn't all work and no play! Our summer picnic was a splash hit – literally, thanks to the epic water balloon showdown. Baggo champs were crowned, and we raised our glasses in a toast to teamwork, triumphs, and terrific food.
And who could forget Christmas? Our hearts and stoves were set on making the holidays special for our clients. The pièce de résistance? Our very own handcrafted Holiday Glogg, complete with a custom label and a festive guide to wooing guests.

Metropolis Ballroom's Stunning Transformation
Metropolis Ballroom underwent a Cinderella-like transformation this year. Think gold and navy carpeting with a pattern so captivating, it could tell its own story, and wallpaper that adds a dash of elegance to every event.
Our Easter and Mother's Day brunches were nothing short of magical.
The Easter Bunny hopped in, creating picture-perfect moments, while Mother's Day mimosas and a giveaway for a live show at the Metropolis Performing Arts Center made it a day to remember. Happiness was the main course, and we served it with style.
Corky’s Catering - The New (to us) Flavor in Town
Welcoming Corky’s Catering into the Wayne Enterprises Chicago family was like adding the secret ingredient to our recipe for success. With over 30 years of delighting the Chicago community, Corky's is here to show that when it comes to events, they're the masters of ceremonies.
Cafe Eleganté's Triumphant Return
The year 2020 brought challenges that led to the temporary closure of Cafe Eleganté.
But like a classic tale of revival, in 2024, this cherished cafe is set to make a grand comeback. Tucked away in the Hamilton building, Cafe Eleganté will once again become the go-to spot for our corporate friends to enjoy a delightful lunch or a rejuvenating coffee break. With brand new equipment and innovative culinary creations, the cafe is poised to delight your taste buds in ways you've never imagined.

With all these exciting developments, it was time for a little makeover of our own. Our website got a complete overhaul – sleek, informative, and a true reflection of our dynamic team and mission. As we march into 2024, Wayne Enterprises Chicago is ready to be the titan of the catering and special events industry.
